Within 10 days of purchase, items that are unopened, unused, and sealed are eligible for a full refund.

Seal intact

The product seal must be intact. An item whose seal is broken cannot be accepted for a refund.

All sales are final

If an item is used, opened, or the seal is broken, all sales are final — no refund or exchange.
